Clinical
This is a topical antibiotic ointment that contains three active ingredients: neomycin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, and bacitracin zinc. These are antibiotics commonly found together in over-the-counter first-aid products and are typically used to help prevent bacterial infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and wounds applied to the skin. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for this category of topical antibiotic combination products.
