🩺 Clinical
Coldtac Plus is an over-the-counter oral tablet marketed under FDA's OTC monograph rules. It combines acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer, with phenylephrine hydrochloride, a decongestant typically used to relieve nasal congestion. The tablet also contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide, which is commonly used to suppress cough, and guaifenesin, an expectorant that functions to thin mucus secretions. This combination is formulated as a multi-symptom cold and cough product for oral use.
