Clinical
Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Kids Mineral Sunscreen is a topical sunscreen stick containing zinc oxide, an inorganic mineral UV filter. Zinc oxide is commonly used in sunscreens to reflect and scatter ultraviolet light away from the skin. This product is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is made according to FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than as an individually approved application. The formulation is labeled as broad spectrum SPF 50 Plus, indicating it is intended to provide protection against both UVA and UVB radiation.
