It contains six plant-derived ingredients (calendula, chamomilla, sepia, tobacco leaf, cocculus indicus, and nux vomica) that are used in homeopathic tradition for symptoms related to motion sickness and dizziness. Homeopathic products are marketed based on historical use and homeopathic theory, not on clinical evidence evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
