- Take it only at bedtime and not with meals. It usually works in about 6 to 8 hours. An enema usually works within 2 to 15 minutes.
- Space it out. Take mineral oil 2 or more hours before or after other drugs, since laxatives may affect how they work. Tell me if you take a stool softener.
- Not longer than 1 week. If constipation continues or your bowel habits suddenly change for 2 weeks, see your doctor.

🎯 Indications and Usage ▾
Temporarily protects and helps relieve chafed, chapped, or cracked skin.
⏱️ Dosage and Administration ▾
Spray liberally to the affected areas as often as necessary.
⚠️ Warnings ▾
For external use only. Do not use on deep or puncture wounds. When using this product avoid contact in eyes, rinse with water to remove, contents under pressure, do not puncture or incinerate, do not store at temperatures above 120F. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, symptoms last more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Ask a healthcare or professional before use.
