Clinical
Benefit Plus Drops Kidney is an unapproved homeopathic liquid taken by mouth. It contains a mixture of plant extracts, minerals, and animal-derived substances that are traditionally used in homeopathic practice for support related to kidney function and overall wellness. Homeopathic products are marketed based on homeopathic tradition rather than clinical evidence, and the FDA does not evaluate them for effectiveness or safety the way it does conventional medicines.
