🩺 Clinical
MyDerm SPF 50 is an over-the-counter sunscreen lotion applied to the skin. It contains three active ingredients: homosalate, octocrylene, and avobenzone, which are ultraviolet (UV) filters commonly used in sunscreen products to help protect skin from sun exposure. These ingredients function by absorbing and scattering UV rays. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for sunscreen ingredients and formulation rather than being individually reviewed.
