🩺 Clinical
Clear Defense SPF 45 is a topical cream containing two sunscreen active ingredients: zinc oxide and octinoxate. Both function as ultraviolet (UV) filters and are commonly used in sunscreen products to help protect skin from sun exposure. This is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under the FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than as an individually reviewed application. The cream is applied directly to the skin.
