🩺 Clinical
This is a zinc oxide mineral sunscreen lotion applied to the skin to help protect against ultraviolet radiation. Zinc oxide is a physical sun filter that sits on the skin surface and reflects UV rays away. The product is marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen under the FDA monograph rules for that category, meaning it follows the agency's established standards rather than undergoing individual product review. The SPF 50 rating indicates its level of protection against UVB rays.
