Clinical
Cramp Tabs is an over-the-counter oral capsule containing acetaminophen, pamabrom, and pyrilamine maleate. It is marketed as an OTC monograph product, meaning it follows FDA's standard rules for this category rather than individual approval. Acetaminophen is typically used as a pain reliever and fever reducer, while pamabrom is commonly used as a diuretic to help reduce fluid retention. Pyrilamine maleate is an antihistamine that may help reduce drowsiness and other symptoms sometimes associated with menstrual discomfort.
