🩺 Clinical
Lipshade SPF 30 Hey Yall is a lip balm containing zinc oxide, an active ingredient commonly used in over-the-counter sunscreen products. When applied topically to the lips, zinc oxide functions as a physical sunscreen that reflects ultraviolet light away from the skin. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for sunscreen lip balms rather than undergoing individual FDA review. The SPF 30 rating indicates the level of sun protection the formulation is intended to provide.
