Clinical
This is a water-based day cream that functions as a broad-spectrum sunscreen applied to the skin. It contains three active ingredients (avobenzone, octinoxate, and octisalate) that work together as ultraviolet (UV) filters to help protect skin from sun exposure. These chemical sunscreen agents are commonly used in sun protection products to absorb and scatter UV rays. The product is formulated as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for sunscreen products.
