Clinical
Freskaro Ear Drops for Swimmers is a liquid preparation applied directly into the ear canal. It contains isopropyl alcohol, which is typically used in ear drops to help dry out moisture in the ear and may reduce the risk of ear canal irritation after swimming or water exposure. This is an over-the-counter monograph product, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for this category of ear drops rather than as an individually reviewed drug application.
