Clinical
This is a topical lotion containing zinc oxide, an ingredient commonly used in over-the-counter skin-care products. Zinc oxide is typically used as a skin protectant and is found in many products meant to help soothe minor skin irritation and create a barrier on the skin. This product is marketed under the FDA's over-the-counter monograph rules for its category rather than through individual product approval.
