Clinical
Ripple is an over-the-counter eye drop solution containing glycerin and povidone. Glycerin functions as a lubricant and humectant, while povidone acts as a lubricating agent and viscosity builder. Together, these ingredients are typically used to help relieve dry eye discomfort and provide temporary lubrication to the eye surface. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows established FDA guidelines for eye lubricant formulations.
