🩺 Clinical
This is a topical cream moisturizer that contains four sunscreen active ingredients: avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene. These ingredients function as ultraviolet (UV) filters, typically used to help protect skin from sun exposure when applied to exposed areas. The product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than being individually reviewed as a new drug application.
