🩺 Clinical
This is a mineral powder sunscreen applied to skin that contains titanium dioxide and zinc oxide as active ingredients. Both minerals function as physical sun filters that typically reflect and scatter ultraviolet rays away from the skin. The product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is made according to FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than as an individually approved application. Sunscreen products of this type are commonly used to help reduce sun exposure on exposed skin.
