Read the full MedlinePlus article ↗This is an over-the-counter kit product marketed under FDA's monograph rules for cold and flu symptom relief. It contains separate day and night formulations designed to address multiple symptoms commonly associated with colds and flu, such as congestion, cough, fever, and body aches. The specific active ingredients in each component work together to target daytime and nighttime symptom patterns, with day formulations typically focusing on alertness and night formulations often including sleep-aid ingredients.
