Clinical
Pure Sol SPF 50 Daily Moisturizer is a topical liquid sunscreen that contains zinc oxide as its active ingredient. Zinc oxide is a physical (mineral) sunscreen that works by reflecting and scattering ultraviolet rays away from the skin. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established category rules for sunscreen products rather than being individually reviewed. The moisturizer formulation is typically applied to the skin to provide broad-spectrum sun protection and hydration.
