Clinical
This is a liquid sunscreen applied to the skin containing titanium dioxide as its active ingredient. Titanium dioxide is a mineral UV filter that sits on the skin surface and typically functions to reflect and scatter both ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B rays. It is commonly used in over-the-counter sunscreen products as part of a sun-protection regimen. This product is marketed under FDA's monograph rules for over-the-counter sunscreens rather than as an individually reviewed drug application.
