🩺 Clinical
Counter Beauty Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer No. 2 is a topical lotion containing zinc oxide as its active ingredient. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter drug under FDA's monograph rules for its category. Zinc oxide is commonly used in skincare products to provide sun protection by reflecting and scattering ultraviolet light away from the skin. This tinted moisturizer combines that sun-protective function with cosmetic coverage in a single lotion formulation.
