🩺 Clinical
This is a topical cream sunscreen that contains 15% zinc oxide as its active ingredient. Zinc oxide is a mineral UV filter typically used to block or scatter ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. The product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is sold under FDA's general rule-book for sunscreen products rather than as an individually reviewed application. The cream base formulation also includes beef tallow as a carrier ingredient.
