🩺 Clinical
Cavoreal Plus is an over-the-counter cream applied to the skin that contains salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) commonly used in acne-care products. Salicylic acid typically functions as a keratolytic agent, helping to soften and shed dead skin cells from the outer layer of skin. This product is formulated as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under established FDA guidelines for over-the-counter acne treatments rather than as an individually reviewed application.
