Clinical
This is an over-the-counter moisturizer cream applied to the skin that contains titanium dioxide and zinc oxide as active ingredients. These mineral compounds function as physical sunscreen filters, reflecting and scattering ultraviolet light away from the skin. This product is marketed under the FDA's monograph rules for over-the-counter sunscreen products rather than as an individually approved drug application. The moisturizer base provides hydration to the skin along with sun protection.
