Mar 30, 2024- Combigan is available as a generic medication made by several manufacturers including Sandoz, Alembic, Apotex, Florida Pharmaceutical Products, and Teva. There are no known supply issues with generic Combigan products, so you can ask your pharmacist which generic option is available at your pharmacy.

Yes, Combigan 0.2%-0.5% Ophthalmic Solution (Brimonidine; Timolol) is available generically (since 2022).
In fact, it is produced by at least 5 different manufacturers that I am aware of, including:
- Sandoz
- Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
- Apotex Corp
- Florida Pharmaceutical Products, LLC
- Teva

I am not aware of any supply issues regarding the generic Combigan products, so if you have been prescribed the drug by your doctor, talk to your pharmacist about which generic option is available to you.
