Jun 17, 2024- Zyrtec and magnesium supplements have no known interaction and are safe to take together. If your magnesium supplement contains other ingredients besides magnesium, check those ingredients for potential interactions with Zyrtec.

Magnesium does interact with many different drugs, and we have quite a few interactions listed for magnesium in our drug-herbal interaction checker.
Most interactions with magnesium involve it reducing the absorption of other drugs (such as this interaction we have listed with ciprofloxacin), but it can interact with drugs via other mechanisms as well.
