Magnesium does interact with many different drugs, and we have quite a few interactions listed for magnesium in our drug-herbal interaction checker.

Most interactions with magnesium involve it reducing the absorption of other drugs (such as this interaction we have listed with ciprofloxacin), but it can interact with drugs via other mechanisms as well.

I do want to point out that this answer is regarding magnesium supplements that only contain magnesium. If the supplement in question contains more ingredients than just magnesium, please be sure to consider those as well.
