Magnesium does interact with many different drugs, and we have quite a few interactions listed for magnesium in our drug-herbal interaction checker.
Most interactions with magnesium involve it reducing the absorption of other drugs (such as this interaction we have listed with ciprofloxacin), but it can interact with drugs via other mechanisms as well.
Fortunately, there is no known interaction between magnesium and Zyrtec (cetirizine). They are considered safe to take together. We discuss the combination of cetirizine and magnesium further on its own detail page (Magnesium - Cetirizine Interaction Details | HelloPharmacist).
I do want to point out that this answer is regarding magnesium supplements that only contain magnesium. If the supplement in question contains more ingredients than just magnesium, please be sure to consider those as well.
