Avoid concomitant use of gepotidacin with drugs that cause QT interval prolongation due to an increase in gepotidacin exposure and the risk of QTc interval prolongation. If administration of gepotidacin cannot be avoided, monitor and correct serum electrolyte abnormalities and collect an ECG prior to administration and during treatment, as needed¹.
