Coadministration of pexidartinib and esomeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) resulted in 55% and 50% decrease in mean pexidartinib Cmax and AUC, respectively. Alternatively, may administer antacids or H2-receptor antagonists (giving pexidartinib at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after a locally-acting antacid or 2 hours before or 10 hours after the H2-receptor antagonist) in place of the proton pump inhibitor1.
