Coadministration of tepotinib (a P-gp inhibitor) and a P-gp substrate with a therapeutic index (NTI) may increase the exposure of the substrate, which may increase the incidence and severity of adverse reactions. Avoid concomitant administration of tepotinib with P-gp substrates where small concentration changes may lead to serious adverse reactions. If concomitant use is unavoidable, reduce the dosage of the P-gp substrate. In an interaction study, dabigatran Cmax increased by 40% and AUC(0 to inf) increased by 50% following concomitant use of tepotinib with dabigatran etexilate (a P-gp substrate)1.
