Aspirin, Hydrocodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Bear's Garlic interacts with.

In vitro research shows that bear's garlic and some of its constituents can inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, bear's garlic might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

This combination pill pairs aspirin (a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping) with hydrocodone (an opioid pain reliever). The concern here is really about the aspirin part. Bear's garlic carries sulfur compounds like those in regular garlic, and in lab dish studies those compounds can also make platelets less sticky. Stacked on top of aspirin, the theory is that your blood could become a little slower to clot.

I want to be clear that this is based only on test-tube research, not real patients, so the risk is theoretical and likely small. Eating bear's garlic as a food is usually no big deal. With concentrated supplements, just watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that's slow to stop, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting one.
