Pilocarpine brand names: Salagen, Pilocar, Vuity, Qlosi.
We found no known interaction between Cannabichromene (cbc) and Pilocarpine in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Cannabichromene (cbc) and Pilocarpine
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Pilocarpine and Cannabichromene (cbc) in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Why No Interaction Is Listed for Pilocarpine
Interactions in our licensed database are recorded against drug classes, not just single drug names. Pilocarpine is filed under 3 classifications — cholinergic drugs, topical drugs, oral drugs. Cannabichromene (cbc) has documented interactions with 1 drug class — the most serious being cns depressants (moderate) — and none of Pilocarpine’s classifications are among them.
Classification data comes from our licensed Natural Medicines dataset. A medication can belong to classes beyond those recorded there, so this describes how the check was run — it is not a safety guarantee.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Pilocarpine page
“Pilocarpine stimulates the body's cholinergic system, whether as Salagen tablets for the dry mouth of Sjogren's or radiation treatment or as eye drops like Vuity, and its supplement list calls for real care. The one major-rated interaction among the 40 on file is activated charcoal, which soaks up the drug in the gut and can cut how mu…”

About Cannabichromene (cbc)
What is Cannabichromene (cbc)?
- Pain relief
- Inflammation
- Mood and anxiety
- Skin and acne concerns
- Brain and nerve health
Cannabichromene (CBC) is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant that is being studied for possible pain, anti-inflammatory, and nervous-system effects. Almost all current evidence comes from laboratory and animal research, so we do not yet know how well it works or how safe it is in people. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using any CBC product, and avoid it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Cannabaceae · Flowers and resin of the cannabis plant (where the cannabinoid is concentrated) · Oils and tinctures, capsules, edibles, full-spectrum hemp extracts, vape products
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Cannabichromene (cbc) is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Cannabichromene (cbc) record says about it on its own.
Cannabichromene (cbc): dosing
There is no established or standardized dose for CBC. Because human research is so limited, experts cannot recommend a specific amount that is known to be safe or effective. If you choose to try a CBC product, follow the directions on the product label and consider starting low. Look for products that have been tested by an independent lab and provide a certificate of analysis.

About Pilocarpine
What Is Pilocarpine Used For?
Brand names: Salagen, Pilocar, Vuity, Qlosi
Pilocarpine eye drops are used to lower elevated pressure inside the eye in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, to manage acute angle-closure glaucoma, to prevent pressure spikes after laser eye surgery, and to cause pupil constriction (miosis) when needed. Vuity and Qlosi eye drops, as well as Pilocarpine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic solution, are specifically approved to treat presbyopia (age-related difficulty focusing up close) in adults.
Pilocarpine tablets — including Salagen and generic pilocarpine hydrochloride tablets — are used by mouth to relieve dry mouth caused by salivary gland damage from radiation therapy for head and neck cancer, or from Sjögren's syndrome (an autoimmune condition that reduces saliva and tear production).
