We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.

No Known Interaction Found

We did not find a documented interaction between Cobimetinib Fumarate and Feldenkrais Method in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Feldenkrais Method alongside specific medications may be limited.

Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Feldenkrais Method at all — not against Cobimetinib Fumarate, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.

Feldenkrais Method is a practice rather than something you take. Ask your care team whether the type and intensity you plan to practice are appropriate for your health and treatment. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.

Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Cobimetinib Fumarate page

“If you are on cobimetinib (Cotellic) for melanoma, be strict about supplements, because this list carries real weight. The drug is cleared by the liver enzyme CYP3A4, and nearly all 138 flagged ingredients can push its blood level up or down through that pathway.”

What is Feldenkrais Method?

  • Chronic neck and back pain
  • Balance and mobility problems
  • Posture improvement
  • Stress and body awareness
  • Recovery and rehabilitation

The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle movement-education practice, not an herb or supplement. Not applicable (this is a movement education method, not a plant or supplement) · Group classes (Awareness Through Movement) and one-on-one sessions (Functional Integration)

An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Feldenkrais Method is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Feldenkrais Method record says about it on its own.

Feldenkrais Method: dosing

There is no pill, dose, or standardized amount for the Feldenkrais Method because it is a movement practice, not a supplement. About Cobimetinib

What Is Cobimetinib Used For?

Brand name: Cotellic

Cobimetinib is approved for two uses in adults. First, it is used in combination with another drug called vemurafenib to treat melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that cannot be surgically removed or has spread to other parts of the body — but only when the tumor carries a specific genetic change called a BRAF V600E or V600K mutation. A lab test must confirm this mutation before treatment begins.

Second, cobimetinib can be used on its own (as a single agent) to treat adults with histiocytic neoplasms — a rare group of cancers involving immune cells called histiocytes.
