Ephedrine Sulfate, Hydroxyzine, Theophylline falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Feverfew interacts with.

Theoretically, feverfew might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
Laboratory research shows that feverfew might inhibit CYP1A2. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

This combination product contains theophylline, which your body clears mainly through a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. Lab studies hint that feverfew might slow that enzyme down. If it did, theophylline could build up in your system. Theophylline already has a narrow safety window, so even small rises can lead to nausea, a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or in bigger amounts, tremors and irregular heartbeats.

Here is the reassuring part: this is only a theoretical concern seen in test-tube research, and it has never actually been reported in people. Still, because theophylline is so sensitive, I would mention the feverfew to your pharmacist or doctor before starting it rather than risk it.
