Anisindione (Miradon) is an older blood thinner that works a lot like warfarin, keeping your blood from clotting too easily. The concern here is simple: hesperidin, the citrus flavonoid in your supplement, may have a mild blood-thinning effect of its own. Stack that on top of an anticoagulant and you could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

In real life that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that are slow to stop. I want to be honest with you though: this caution comes from animal and lab data, not solid human studies, so it's theoretical. Still, because Anisindione is a tricky drug where small shifts matter, please run any hesperidin supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
