Mindfulness + Lurbinectedin
Lurbinectedin brand name: Zepzelca.
We found no known interaction between Mindfulness and Lurbinectedin in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Mindfulness and Lurbinectedin
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Lurbinectedin and Mindfulness in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Mindfulness alongside specific medications may be limited.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Mindfulness at all — not against Lurbinectedin, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
Mindfulness is a practice rather than something you take. Ask your care team whether the type and intensity you plan to practice are appropriate for your health and treatment. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Lurbinectedin page
“Lurbinectedin (Zepzelca) is chemotherapy for small cell lung cancer, and with a drug this potent the 156 supplement interactions on file warrant real attention. Five carry a major rating, and those are the ones to understand first.”

Where Mindfulness and Lurbinectedin Sit Against Everything Else
Out of every supplement and medication people look up on HelloPharmacist, here is where these two land this week — and which way each has been moving.
#441 of 1,452 supplements looked up here in the last 7 days
#2,319 of 2,830 medications looked up here in the last 7 days
Position among everything looked up on this site, not a measure of how commonly either one is used or how important it is. A supplement can climb this list because of a news story. It counts every request to the page, automated ones included, and nothing here identifies anyone.
Where does our data come from?
- Source: the Natural Medicines (TRC Healthcare) clinical database — the evidence-graded professional reference for herb & supplement interactions.
- Citation library: 103,510 references behind our interaction content, 65,311 of them resolved to verified PubMed/DOI sources. See every Mindfulness reference on this page ↓
- Freshness: we automatically re-check this combination every week — this pair was last verified September 20, 2026. The Mindfulness and Lurbinectedin records this page draws on were last updated July 10, 2026.
- What “no known interaction” means: no documented interaction in the sources above — not a guarantee of safety. Supplements are studied far less than prescription drugs, so we say exactly what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
About Mindfulness
What is Mindfulness?
- Stress reduction
- Anxiety and depression
- Chronic pain
- Sleep problems
- Improving focus and emotional well-being
Mindfulness is a mind-body practice—not a pill or herb—that involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment. Research suggests it can modestly help with stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain for many people, and it is generally very safe. It is best used alongside, not in place of, care from your doctor or pharmacist.
Not applicable (mind-body practice) · Guided meditation, breathing exercises, body scans, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) programs, apps, classes
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Mindfulness is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Mindfulness record says about it on its own.
Mindfulness: dosing
There is no standardized "dose" for mindfulness. Many structured programs, such as MBSR, run for about eight weeks with daily home practice, but you do not need a formal program to benefit.A common starting point is a few minutes of practice per day, gradually building up as it feels comfortable. Even short, regular sessions can help.

About Lurbinectedin Injection
What Is Lurbinectedin Injection Used For?
Brand name: Zepzelca
Zepzelca (lurbinectedin) injection is approved for adults with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) in two settings. First, Zepzelca is used in combination with atezolizumab (or atezolizumab and hyaluronidase-tqjs) as maintenance treatment for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) in patients whose disease did not progress after initial treatment with those same immunotherapy drugs plus carboplatin and etoposide.
Second, Zepzelca is approved as a single agent for adults with metastatic small cell lung cancer whose cancer has worsened during or after platinum-based chemotherapy. This second use was granted accelerated approval based on tumor response rates, and continued approval depends on results from confirmatory clinical trials.

Lurbinectedin Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Lurbinectedin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Mindfulness — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
