Orchic Extract + Sargramostim
Sargramostim brand name: Leukine.
We found no known interaction between Orchic Extract and Sargramostim in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Orchic Extract and Sargramostim
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Sargramostim and Orchic Extract in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Orchic Extract at all — not against Sargramostim, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

About Orchic Extract
What is Orchic Extract?
- Low testosterone or male vitality
- Sexual performance and libido support
- Athletic performance and muscle building
- General 'glandular' health support
Orchic extract is a glandular supplement made from the testicle tissue of animals, usually cattle. It is marketed for testosterone and male vitality, but there is essentially no reliable human evidence that it works, and quality and safety standards for animal-derived glandulars vary widely. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using it, and avoid it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Orchic Extract is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Orchic Extract record says about it on its own.
Orchic Extract: dosing
There is no established or standardized dose for orchic extract. Because it has not been properly studied, no amount has been shown to be safe or effective. If you choose to use a product, follow the dose printed on the label and do not exceed it.

About Sargramostim
What Is Sargramostim Used For?
Brand name: Leukine
Leukine (sargramostim) is used in several serious medical situations where the body's white blood cell production has been knocked down. It is approved to speed up the recovery of infection-fighting neutrophils after chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults 55 and older, and to help bone marrow recover after autologous or allogeneic bone marrow transplants in adults and children aged 2 and older.
Leukine is also used to mobilize stem cells from bone marrow into the bloodstream so they can be collected before an autologous transplant, and to treat delayed or failed bone marrow recovery after transplant. Additionally, Leukine is approved to improve survival in adults and children (from birth through age 17) who have been exposed to dangerously high doses of radiation (a condition called Hematopoietic Syndrome of Acute Radiation Syndrome, or H-ARS).
