Premorse and Amivantamab-Vmjw

We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.

No Known Interaction Found

We did not find a documented interaction between Amivantamab-Vmjw and Premorse in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.

Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Premorse at all — not against Amivantamab-Vmjw, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.

If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.

Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

About Premorse

What is Premorse?

Premorse
  • Coughs and respiratory complaints
  • Common cold and sore throat
  • Skin conditions
  • Digestive upset
  • Mild calming aid

Premorse (devil's-bit scabious) is a traditional European herb used for coughs, colds, and skin problems, but there is very little modern scientific research to confirm it works or is safe. Because evidence is so limited, it is best to talk with a pharmacist or doctor before using it, and to avoid it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Succisa pratensis · Caprifoliaceae · Roots, leaves, and flowering tops · Tea, tincture, dried herb, topical preparations

An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Premorse is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Premorse record says about it on its own.

Premorse: dosing

There is no established or standardized dose for Premorse. Because it has not been studied in proper clinical trials, no reliable safe and effective amount has been determined. If you choose to use a commercial product, follow the directions on the label and do not take more than recommended. It is a good idea to review the product with a pharmacist first, since strength and quality can vary a lot between brands. When trying any new herb, starting low and watching for any reaction is a sensible approach.

About Amivantamab-vmjw Injection

What Is Amivantamab-vmjw Injection Used For?

Brand name: Rybrevant

Rybrevant (amivantamab-vmjw) is used to treat adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that carries specific changes (mutations) in the EGFR gene. The exact regimen depends on which mutation is present and whether prior treatment has been received.

Rybrevant is used: in combination with lazertinib as a first-line treatment for NSCLC with EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R mutations; in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed for those same mutations when the cancer progressed after an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor; in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed as a first-line treatment for NSCLC with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations; and as a single agent for NSCLC with exon 20 insertion mutations when the cancer progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy. In every case, patients must first be confirmed to carry the relevant mutation by an FDA-approved test.
