Rolfing + Abemaciclib
Abemaciclib brand name: Verzenio.
We found no known interaction between Rolfing and Abemaciclib in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Rolfing and Abemaciclib
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Abemaciclib and Rolfing in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Rolfing alongside specific medications may be limited.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Rolfing at all — not against Abemaciclib, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
Rolfing is a treatment rather than something you take. Tell whoever provides it which medicines you use, and ask your prescriber whether it is appropriate for your health and treatment. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

See Every Supplement That Interacts With Abemaciclib
This page covers Rolfing only. If you take other supplements — a multivitamin, a sleep aid, something for joints — the Abemaciclib page lists 138 supplements it has a documented interaction with, worst first, each one explained.
The most serious there right now: Activated Charcoal (major), Grapefruit (major), St. John's Wort (major), Acacia Rigidula (moderate) and Adrafinil (moderate).
By severity: 3 major · 94 moderate · 41 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Abemaciclib page
“A daily pill for a common form of advanced breast cancer, abemaciclib (Verzenio) only helps when its blood level stays steady, so this list of 138 supplements deserves genuine care. Nearly all of them act on CYP3A4, the liver enzyme that clears abemaciclib, meaning a supplement can push its level up and intensify side effects, or drag…”

Where Rolfing and Abemaciclib Sit Against Everything Else
Out of every supplement and medication people look up on HelloPharmacist, here is where these two land this week — and which way each has been moving.
#874 of 1,452 supplements looked up here in the last 7 days
#22 of 2,830 medications looked up here in the last 7 days
Position among everything looked up on this site, not a measure of how commonly either one is used or how important it is. A supplement can climb this list because of a news story. It counts every request to the page, automated ones included, and nothing here identifies anyone.
Where does our data come from?
- Source: the Natural Medicines (TRC Healthcare) clinical database — the evidence-graded professional reference for herb & supplement interactions.
- Citation library: 103,510 references behind our interaction content, 65,311 of them resolved to verified PubMed/DOI sources. See every Rolfing reference on this page ↓
- Freshness: we automatically re-check this combination every week — this pair was last verified October 4, 2026. The Rolfing and Abemaciclib records this page draws on were last updated June 22, 2026.
- What “no known interaction” means: no documented interaction in the sources above — not a guarantee of safety. Supplements are studied far less than prescription drugs, so we say exactly what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
About Rolfing
What is Rolfing?
- Chronic back and neck pain
- Postural alignment
- Muscle tension and tightness
- Improved flexibility and movement
- Stress and body awareness
Rolfing is a form of hands-on bodywork (deep tissue manipulation of the connective tissue, or fascia), not an herb or dietary supplement that you swallow. Some people find it helps with posture, tension, and chronic pain, but high-quality scientific evidence is limited. If you have a health condition, talk with your doctor or pharmacist before starting Rolfing.
Not applicable — Rolfing is a hands-on bodywork therapy, not a plant or supplement · Hands-on sessions delivered by a certified Rolfer, often as a series of structured appointments
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Rolfing is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Rolfing record says about it on its own.
Rolfing: dosing
Because Rolfing is a hands-on therapy and not a supplement, there is no milligram dose or pill to take. It is delivered as in-person sessions by a trained, certified practitioner.Rolfing is often offered as a series of sessions (commonly described as a "Ten Series"), each lasting roughly an hour, but the number and frequency vary by practitioner and your needs.
From our Rolfing monograph — the full record covers uses, side effects and every documented interaction.
About Abemaciclib
What Is Abemaciclib Used For?
Brand name: Verzenio
Verzenio (abemaciclib) is used to treat adults with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. For early breast cancer at high risk of returning, Verzenio is taken alongside endocrine therapy (tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) after surgery to help prevent recurrence.
For advanced or metastatic breast cancer, Verzenio can be used in three ways: combined with an aromatase inhibitor as a first hormonal treatment; combined with fulvestrant after the cancer has progressed on prior hormone therapy; or on its own after both hormone therapy and prior chemotherapy have stopped working.
Most-Reported Side Effects for Abemaciclib
From FAERS, the FDA’s public side-effect reporting system (19,870 reports, all brands). Reports are voluntary and are not proof the drug caused the effect.
