    A clinical study in adults with dry eye shows that placing 2 drops of sweet violet oil extract in almond oil intranasally three times daily for 1 month improves tear secretion by 7 mm and tear stability by 3 seconds when compared with baseline. Dry eye symptoms and their impact on vision, but not ocular surface integrity and health, are also improved.
