Veronica (speedwell) is a traditional European herb used mainly for coughs, digestive complaints, and joint problems, but there is very little modern scientific evidence to show it actually works for any of these. It is generally considered mild, but its safety has not been well studied, so check with a pharmacist or doctor before using it — and avoid it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

About Secukinumab Injection

What Is Secukinumab Injection Used For?

Brand name: Cosentyx

Cosentyx is used to treat several immune-related conditions. In adults and children 6 and older, it treats moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. In adults and children 2 and older, it treats active psoriatic arthritis. For ankylosing spondylitis (spinal inflammation), it is approved for adults and children 12 and older. It also treats active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (early spinal inflammation without visible joint damage on X-ray) in adults, and enthesitis-related arthritis (inflammation where tendons attach to bone) in children 4 and older. Moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (a painful skin condition with recurring boils) is also an approved use for adults and children 12 and older.

Cosentyx intravenous (IV) infusion is approved only for adults with psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis. Subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection covers the full range of approved uses for both adults and children.
