Crisaborole (Eucrisa) is an ointment for eczema, and its supplement interaction list is short: three ingredients, none rated major. All three matter for the same reason. They are things people put on their skin, and anything that changes how skin absorbs medicine can change how crisaborole behaves where you apply it. DMSO is the one to know, since animal and limited human research suggests it can pull topical drugs deeper into the skin, which could mean more absorbed and more irritation than intended. Most people can work around this once they know what to watch.

Turpentine oil, the other moderate entry, carries a similar theoretical absorption concern from animal studies.
