Astragalus is extracted from the Astragalus Membranaceus plant and is used for its apoptogenic properties as well as for its ability to tonify the body's "vital force". Non-clinical studies using Astragalus have demonstrated it can support the healthy production of and activity of specialized white blood cells. Certain research publications indicate that Astragalus may help support the following. Supports healthy immune system. Supports healthy liver and vascular system. Supports rebalancing metabolism.
