Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Cyanostane RX contains 2 active ingredients, both designer anabolic steroids intended to support muscle and strength. We hold no interaction data for the first ingredient (2-cyano-17a-methyl-17b-hydroxy-androst-3-one).
The second is dymethazine, a synthetic androgenic steroid. The capsules also contain brown rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, and silica as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence we hold does not establish reliable effectiveness for dymethazine across its claimed uses—athletic performance, muscle strength, erectile dysfunction, sexual arousal, and obesity. All are rated insufficient reliable evidence to rate.
That means the data available to us does not support or refute these claims.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Dymethazine is a designer anabolic steroid carrying serious safety concerns. It is possibly unsafe when taken by mouth; there is concern it might cause stroke, kidney failure, and liver injury.
A documented case linked a product containing dymethazine to severe liver damage (cholestatic jaundice with elevated liver enzymes, dark urine, clay stools, and itching) in a 26-year-old male at standard doses—liver function recovered after he stopped. The safety data advises against use in pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
The first ingredient's safety profile is not on file.
Meds to double-check
No known interactions
No interactions are documented in our data for the ingredients we could check. However, we could not check one of the two active ingredients.
More importantly, as an anabolic steroid, this product affects hormonal and metabolic pathways broadly—talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining it with any prescription medication, supplement, or over-the-counter product.
The bottom line
