organic Flax seed oil
Flaxseed, also known as linseed, is a type of seed that is rich in nutrients and other compounds. It is a good source of fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, as well as a variety of vitamins and minerals. Flaxseed is often ground and used as a supplement in the form of flaxseed meal or oil. Flaxseed has a number of potential health benefits. It is high in fiber, which can help improve digestion and lower cholesterol levels. The omega-3 fatty acids found in flaxseed are believed to have anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. Flaxseed is also a rich source of lignans, plant compounds that have been shown to have estrogen-like effects. Both flaxseed and flaxseed oil are popular dietary supplements and share many of the same purported health benefits. However, one of the main differences between the two is the amount of fiber they contain. Flaxseed is a good source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, while flaxseed oil does not contain any fiber. This means that flaxseed can help improve digestion and lower cholesterol levels, while flaxseed oil does not have these effects.

- Flax Seed Oil is a very rich source of alpha-linolenic acid (LNA). LNA is an omega-3 fatty acid that can be converted by the body into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), the more biologically active omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3's are known as essential fatty acids (EFA's) because they cannot be produced by humans and therefore must be obtained from the diet. Omega-3 fatty acids are critical for the maintenance cell membrane fluidity and healthy cellular signaling. In addition, omega-3 fatty acids are know to support balanced immune and inflammatory responses.
Flax Seed Oil has been specially processed and cold pressed to be as faithful to the original seed oil source as possible. This exceptional product comes in soft gels in order to seal the oil and protect it from oxidation and contamination.

- Flax Seed Oil is a very rich source of alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid that can be converted into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients that are poorly represented in the American diet. These beneficial fatty acids support the proper regulation of immune function and are important for cardiovascular health and normal cell division.
Flax Seed Oil has been specifically processed cold to be as close to the original seed oil source as possible. Care has been taken to bring this product to market in softgels, a delivery form that hermetically seals the oil and protects it from oxidation and contamination.
