Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
This product contains one active ingredient: L-proline, an amino acid that your body uses to build and repair connective tissues like collagen. Each capsule delivers 3,000 mg.
The only inactive ingredient is acacia gum, used as a binder.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence we hold on L-proline doesn't establish it as effective for athletic performance, bone health (osteoporosis, osteopenia, or fractures), or wound healing. Each of these uses carries a rating of insufficient reliable evidence to rate, meaning the research so far hasn't been solid enough to draw firm conclusions either way.
How safe is it?
Some data gaps
L-proline is generally considered low-risk when you eat it in food, but safety of supplement doses hasn't been well studied. We don't have enough reliable data on how safe extra amounts are, so your best bet is to stick with what a doctor recommends rather than self-dosing.
If you're breastfeeding, the safety of supplemental doses isn't established — talk with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this.

No known interactions
No interactions are documented in our data for the ingredients we could check.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. No medication interactions are currently documented, and some safety-information gaps remain.
L-Proline 3000 mg is a single-ingredient amino acid supplement with no documented medication interactions. Because the research on supplement doses is limited, it's wise to check with your doctor before starting, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other supplements.
