Jujube fruit is eaten as food widely, but concentrated supplements haven't been studied much for safety. A small clinical trial noted headaches in a couple of participants and mild diarrhea, dry mouth, or increased bowel movements in others.

Tribulus is generally well tolerated short-term in healthy people, but long-term safety data are limited. Rare serious events have been reported, including liver and kidney injury, seizures, and a case of severe weakness and organ damage linked to very high intake.

Theoretically, zizyphus might increase the risk of hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
Animal research shows that zizyphus has hypoglycemic activity. However, a small clinical study shows that zizyphus fruit powder does not reduce fasting blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.
