Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Zizyphus interacts with.

Theoretically, zizyphus might decrease the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
Animal research shows that zizyphus induces CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the piece that matters in this combo product: the caffeine. Caffeine is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In animal studies, zizyphus seemed to speed that enzyme up, which could mean your body clears caffeine a little faster than usual. In plain terms, the caffeine boost in Excedrin might wear off sooner or feel a bit weaker, so you may notice less of that pick-me-up that helps with headaches.

Honestly though, this is only seen in lab and animal work, never confirmed in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The acetaminophen and aspirin parts aren't really affected here. Eating jujube fruit as food is no concern. If you're using a concentrated supplement regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.
