Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Directions on Workout Days: As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules 30 minutes before workout and 2 capsules before bed. After 20 days of use experienced users may increase bedtime dose to 3 capsules. Directions on Rest Days: As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules 1 hour after morning meal and 2 capsules before bed. After 20 days of use experienced users may increase bedtime dose to 3 capsules.
ExtremeIy Important Sensitizing Information: Cycle PowerFULL(TM) 5 days on followed by 2 days off. For example dose on Monday thru Friday and do not dose on Saturday or Sunday.

Before using this product consult with your physician if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAO-B inhibitor or any other medication. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
