Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Start off with half the dose and slowly work up to the full dose to help your body adjust to the PGX(R). It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (12-14 oz) immediately after ingesting PGX(R).
- Suggested Usage: 2 to 4 capsules, 1-2 times per day with at least 8-16 fl oz of water before meals or as directed by a health professional.
