Super Colostrum contains one active ingredient: bovine colostrum, a nutrient-rich fluid that mammals produce in the first few days after giving birth. The product also includes inactive ingredients — gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose (a binder), silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate — that make up the capsule and keep the powder flowing during manufacturing.

Bovine colostrum is possibly effective for HIV/AIDS-related diarrhea, rotaviral diarrhea (a type of stomach virus), and exercise-induced respiratory infections. The evidence for these uses is limited but promising based on available trials.
It appears ineffective for necrotizing enterocolitis (a serious intestinal condition in newborns). We hold no evidence data on any other uses.

Bovine colostrum is generally well tolerated by most adults. However, if you have a milk or dairy allergy, you should avoid it — colostrum comes from cows and can trigger an allergic reaction.
